Job Description:

The candidate shall report directly to the Research Officer and Programme Associate at iCALL, and shall be responsible for the following:

• Undertake desk-review on psychosocial concerns of various groups and develop programme documents based on the same.
• Assisting the team with carrying out data analysis for quantitative and qualitative data.
• Coding and analyzing the data generated
• Completing research report as per the set timelines
• Assisting in documentation of project activities
• Carrying out communication with team members for understanding key requirements

Desirous candidates should:

• Possess a full-time Master’s Degree in Psychology or allied sciences from a UGC recognized University
• Should have 2 years of research experience of working with the community, especially with children, adolescents, young people and their parents.
• Should speak, read and write English and Hindi fluently
• Possess excellent academic and research writing skills in English.
• Should be efficient in using MS Office, SPSS/R, ATLAS.ti/NVivo
• Be willing to work in flexible hours
