As an integral activity MIBM is always pro-active in research including short term Management/Executive Development program under the able guidance of Prof. R.S. Ganapathy, Fmr.Prof., IIM Ahmedabad and Dr. Saroja Asthana, Fmr. Scientist, NCL, CSIR, Pune and now Founder Director of Mulshi Group of Institutes. Both the Directors are spearheading several research projects in various areas of management and engineering. Job responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews
• Collect and analyze data
• Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations
• Provide ready access to all experimental data for the faculty researcher and/or supervisor
• Manage and respond to project related email
• Supervise team working on the research project
• Attend project meetings
• Attend area seminars and other meetings as necessary
• Summarize project results
• Prepare progress reports for the PI and funding agency
• Prepare other articles, reports, and presentations
• Monitor the project budget
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by individual researchers.

Eligibility: A bachelor’s degree in a Management or Engineering from reputed institute. Previous experience in research publication is desirable.

Salary: Minimum Rs.25000 per month can be mutually decided based on qualifications and experience
