  • Evaluate and interpret data, and prepare oral presentations, written reports, scientific manuscripts, and literature reviews.
  • Assist researchers in aspects of project management, laboratory demonstrations, and guidance of undergraduate or medical students.
  • Establish and maintain work procedures to ensure high laboratory efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Provide technical support, assist with general laboratory upkeep, and support ongoing research projects.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields.
  • At least of 2 years of relevant research experience in RNA biology, RNA synthesis, RNA therapeutics, or lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in molecular biology techniques, cellular assays, ELISA, and/or histology.
  • Experience with in vitro assays and/or in vivo animal work (rodents) is preferred.
  • Strong laboratory skills with good experimental troubleshooting capability.
  • Knowledge of scientific background relevant to cardiovascular and translational research.
  • Strong team player with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
  • Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
