Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Anthropology, Sociology, Environment and Development, Development Studies, or related disciplines).
• Candidates must have completed an empirical research-based dissertation, preferably focusing on pastoral, agro-pastoral, or agricultural systems.
• Basic knowledge of field research methodologies, data collection and analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Q-GIS and remote sensing and proficiency with map making is desirable.

Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Stipend: The position offers a consolidated remuneration of ₹25,000 per month + HRA. All travel and fieldwork expenses will be covered by the project.

Duration of Appointment: The position will commence in April 2025 for an initial period of 4 months, extendable up to 11 months based on project needs and performance.
