Job Title: Research Associate-I

Department: Electrical Engineering

Title of the Project: "[ADEPT] AI-assisted Energy Portfolio Optimization Toolkit for Renewable Energy-rich Grid Management"

Essential Qualifications: PhD in Electrical Engineering with relevant research knowledge/skills. The candidate should have a strong academic and research track records throughout and the percentage/grade points with respect to the academic qualifications should be a minimum of 60% or equivalent in Graduation and above and 55% or equivalent grade in 10th and 12th. Candidate should have strong understanding of power systems operation, electricity markets and economics, renewable energy grid integration, grid optimization and forecasting. Knowledge of power system simulation tool, GAMS, Python programming, SQL database and WebAPI is desirable.

Duration: Two Years (extendable up to January 2028)

Salary: Rs 58,000/- + HRA (16%)
