Project Title: Liabilities during Birth Injuries caused by Medical Negligence and Hospital Practices in India: A Legal Study based on Tamil Nadu a Prospective Approach.

Essential Qualification: Post Graduation in any Social Science discipline with 55% marks and NET/SLET/M.Phil/Ph.D.

Candidate Profile: The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records. The candidate should have excellent communication. Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students. The candidate should have good research record.

Duration: 12 Months
