The Department of Mathematics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for the Part-Time Tutor I position. The appointment will be on a contract basis, renewable based on performance.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

Supervision of group projects for the project course DSE4101 for final year students major in Data Science and Economic. The tasks include:

• Proposing and designing of projects
• Providing guidance and advice to students in the project groups
• Evaluating students' project reports and presentations

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Discipline

• Minimum MSc in the discipline of data science, statistics, Fintech or digital economic

Skills

• Good communication skills, group project facilitation skills and programming skills

Experience

• At least one year of teaching experience at undergraduate level
