Organization Profile: IIM Shillong has been set up with a vision of expansion and mobilization of facilities for offering good quality management education and research in the Northeastern region of India. The decision of coming up with an Indian Institute of Management in the North East was unanimously taken by the Union Minister of Human Resource Development along with the Chief Ministers of the North Eastern States in the Review Meeting held at Shillong during June 2003.

Job Title: Research Associate

Employment Type: Temporary

Project: Joint Research Project “Cross Border Business Alliances Between India and South African firms: Investment, Trade, Human Resource & Policy Implications in Cross-Cultural Context”.

Qualification & Experience: Scholars with Ph.D., Postgraduate in Management/Social Sciences/environmental science discipline with minimum 55% marks and skills in handling statistical and software’s.

Duration: 3-4 Months on Contract

Candidate Profile:

• All the candidates must have completed PG in their relevant discipline
• Candidate should work with a lot of dedication and discipline

Job Location: Shillong, Meghalaya

Remuneration: 30,000/- PM for Research Associate (as per Institutional norms)
