Essential Job Duties

• Assistance in planning, ordering and monitoring supplies for assigned projects
• Establish a schedule of experiments and a timeline for completion of each assigned project
• Conduct the experiment and collect data, under supervision of the Principal Investigator. Independently conducts work complementary to overall research objective.
• Prepare inventories of samples and monitor storage conditions
• Write Standards Of Procedures relevant to assigned projects
• Record data and assist with the preparation of materials and methods and results sections in reports and/or manuscripts and/or grants
• Participate in laboratory meetings. Provide update on progress, Discuss upcoming plans and schedule, Coordinate research plans with other technicians and faculty members
• To provide technical training to undergraduate, graduate, and DVM research scholars.
