Project Title: "Evaluation of prebiotic and anti-obesity properties of galactan exopolysaccharide".

Sponsor: ICMR funded ad-hoc research

Duration of project: Appointment will initially for one year from the date of appointment and may be extended further based on the progress as well as based on the tenure of the project. Position co terminates with the project tenure.

Essential Qualification: MSc and PhD in Food Science and Technology /Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology.

Desirable: Candidate with hand-on experience in cell culture and animal experiments will be preferred.

Fellowship: As per funding agency norms.

5. PhD award certificate / thesis submission certificate
6. List of SCI indexed publications in the relevant field with first page/ full paper of the publication as proof
