We have an opportunity for a Research Associate to make a leading contribution to a project Joining up services and public sector productivity: collaboration and integration of work, data and technological systems working with Professor Bridgette Wessels.
The project is focusing on the ways public services are focussing on joining up services to enhance service provision and improve productivity to achieve better outcomes. It focuses on the collaboration and integration aspects of joining up health and social care services, which involves service processes, tasks and data. Working with a Local Authority and Health and Social Partnership, the project will take a collaborative and participative approach based on workshops, reflective journals and feedback surveys. It will produce a methodology to support collaboration and integration in joining up services aided by productivity thinking.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage the day to day running of the project, to work closely with a Local Authority and the Health and Social Care Partnership. They should have research skills for the approach noted above and be able to work collaboratively with service providers. They should be proficient in analysing data and in generating outlines of joined up services in the research itself as well as final outputs.
Informal enquiries should be directed to Professor Bridgette Wessels, Bridgette.wessels@glasgow.ac.uk.
