Are you a power electronics engineer, or an engineer with a practical background in radio frequency electronics, analogue electronics, pulsed power, or sensor development, looking to apply your background to next generation power electronic conversion and related measurement in pursuit of Carbon Net Zero? We are seeking motivated interdisciplinary researchers to join the Electrical Energy Management Research Group, University of Bristol, to develop high-performance SiC and GaN power electronics, with the associated high-speed sensing. You will be offered one of the following three salary grades: Research Associate, Senior Research Associate, or Research Fellow; depending on the number of years of post-PhD R&D experience, and how well your skills and experience align to the requirements of our current suite of research projects.
