Offer Description
The Department of Physics "Aldo Pontremoli" at the University of Milan (UniMi) is opening a public selection for 2 research collaboration positions (12 months, renewable) under Article 22-ter of Law 240/2010, to support the StR-ESFRI4 project — the Coordination and Support Action (CSA) for the European Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI), funded under Horizon Europe (HORIZON-INFRA-2025-01-DEV-04, Grant agreement ID: [contact details available in the full listing]), led by Prof. Paolo Giuseppe Carlo Piseri.
The selected candidates will contribute to activities supporting the European programming of research infrastructures, working under the guidance of Prof. Piseri. The main tasks include:
- Editorial support for the production of the ESFRI Roadmap 2029, the Landscape Analysis 2028, and other ESFRI-related documents;
- Support in the development of the methodology for the selection and monitoring of Roadmap infrastructures, including through the ESFRI-MoS platform;
- Organisational and administrative support to ESFRI Working Groups.
This is a research collaboration contract (incarico di ricerca), not a research fellowship or PhD position, and is particularly suited to early-career professionals interested in EU science policy and research infrastructure governance.
