Research Connector (0.4 FTE)
Job Summary
The use of medicines is the most common medical intervention. Research into effective, safe, and appropriate use of medicines is important and increasingly so. This requires 'team science' where researchers from different disciplines collaborate on scientific challenges. The Dutch Association of Hospital Pharmacists (NVZA) aims to promote this by fostering more collaboration in pharmaceutical specialist care. The role involves connecting regional and national research centers, building networks, and supporting collaborative research based on the NVZA Knowledge Agenda.
Responsibilities
- Stimulate NVZA members to develop and conduct joint research based on the NVZA Knowledge Agenda.
- Organize inspiration sessions for scientific research to allow NVZA members to meet, share knowledge, and develop research.
- Support NVZA members in formulating research questions and subsidy applications for research proposals.
- Promote multidisciplinary collaboration around the NVZA Knowledge Agenda.
- Serve as the central and expert point of contact within NVZA for scientific research in pharmaceutical specialist care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Connection with hospital pharmacists and possession of a relevant network.
- Affinity and experience with scientific research, preferably in pharmaceutical specialist care.
- Quick comprehension, integrity, strategic thinking, action-oriented, and results-driven.
- Attention to the impact of new developments.
- Ability to work systematically and independently, developing a vision and practical action plan based on analysis.
- Experienced as a connector, engaging in firm and pleasant dialogue.
- Completed education at WO level, preferably in Pharmacy, with experience in scientific research.
What the Employer Offers
- A 0.4 FTE appointment for one year, with prospect of extension.

- A gross monthly salary between €4,081 and €6,987 based on a full-time contract (36 hours per week, CAO hospitals scale 60/65).

- 144 vacation hours and 57 PLB hours based on a full-time contract.
