RESEARCH DENTAL ASSISTANT, School of Dental Medicine, Global and Population Health
Provides clinical chairside dental assisting for school-based prevention programs located in Boston, Chelsea, Framingham, Natick and Lawrence. Other duties relate to providing care in non-traditional dental settings - such as escorting children to and from classrooms and transporting and maintaining portable dental equipment. Responsible for patient record preparation, data entry and billing.
Required Skills
Minimum High School Diploma or GED 1 - 3 years' experience. The applicant does not have to have their own car but must be willing to travel to the sites served mentioned above. Some lifting of equipment and supplies is required. Flexibility and a commitment to teamwork are essential. Hours vary and will include some evening work. If selected, candidate will be required to become CPR and X-ray certified.
