Project title: Development of Low Cost and Flexible Memristor Devices for High Density Data Storage and Neuromorphic Applications

Funded by: Science & Engineering Research Board, Dept. of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India.

Essential Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics or relevant) or M.Tech. (Material Science or relevant)

Additional Skills Expected:

• Candidate should have experience in the field of Memristor Fabrication and Synaptic Characterisation and Research Paper writing.
• Candidates with GATE/NET will be preferred.

Fellowship: As per SERB-DST norms. (Rs.31,000 + HRA to the NET/GATE Candidate; and Rs. 25,000 + HRA to the non-NET/GATE Candidate)
