Project Title: Magnetoelectric Spin-Orbit (MESO) logic for the energy-efficient, beyond CMOS computing applications

Department: Physics

Qualification:

• Essential: Master’s Degree in Physics/ Material Science/ Electronics/ Energy Science(or) M.Tech in Material Science/ Metallurgical and Materials Engineering(or) equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having strong basics, experimental skills, prior research experience, and NET/GATE qualification.

Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Fellowship: Rs.31,000/- + HRA @ 16% per month for first two years & Rs.35,000/- + HRA @16% per month for third year.

Duration: 3 years
