The Singapore University of Social Sciences invites suitable applications for the position of Research Fellow on a 12-month contract at the Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC). Anchored in SUSS’ Andragogy for Impact strategy, TLC drives leadership in impactful andragogical research to shape innovative and evidence-based practices in adult learning.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct meta-literature reviews and pilot studies
- Develop research frameworks and methodologies for pilot studies
- Data and project management
- Develop high-quality grant proposals
- Publication and report writing
- Support collaboration across multiple research teams
- Other research-related tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator
Job Requirements
- Possess a doctoral (PhD or EdD) degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent
- Prior experience in research related to education and/or adult learning
- Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work flexibly, as part of a team, as well as independently with minimum supervision
