Remuneration: $137,608 to $163,427 pa (LEVB) (inclusive of $116,280 to $138,097 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
Location: Queensland

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Research Fellow - Implementation Science to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health.
The appointee's primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of the SAFEST study, an NHMRC-funded hybrid trial evaluating the implementation of a patient flow bundle across four Metro North hospitals. They will also contribute to a growing program of applied health services and implementation research conducted in partnership between CHT and HEI, with the opportunity to develop new research directions aligned with the priorities of both organisations.

What you need to succeed
- A doctoral qualification, preferably in a health-related discipline, with a focus on health services research.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementation science, including experience designing and conducting research using recognised frameworks and mixed methods approaches.
- Demonstrated experience conducting implementation research or evaluation in complex health service settings.
- Demonstrated experience developing research proposals and writing reports, conference papers and peer-reviewed articles.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
