Duties and responsibilities
- Participating in the planning and implementation of research and development projects in the field of educational innovation in collaboration with the Centre’s research groups and project teams.
- Contributing to the development of new research and development projects.
- Conducting research related to research and development projects, including data collection and analysis, interpretation of results, and development of recommendations.
- Contributing to the preparation of research outputs and the dissemination of project results.
- Carrying out research and development tasks in accordance with project objectives and work plans.
Required qualifications
PhD or an equivalent qualification.
Required experience
- Research work at the international level, the volume of which is comparable to the volume of at least one doctoral thesis.
- Proven successful experience in implementing research projects in the field of educational innovation or educational technology.
- Proven successful experience in publishing research articles in the field of educational innovation or educational technology.
- Proven successful experience in presenting educational innovation or educational technology related research outcomes in international research conferences.
Required language skills
Excellent proficiency in Estonian and English.
