Job Description

Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Emerging Semiconductor and Quantum Devices

The Quantum and Advanced Electronics Laboratory at the National University of Singapore, led by Dr. Chang Niu, is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to work on emerging semiconductor and quantum devices.

The research will focus on oxide semiconductors, low-dimensional materials, quantum transport, cryogenic electronics, and monolithic 3D integration. The successful candidate will be involved in device fabrication, electrical characterization, low-temperature transport measurements, data analysis, manuscript preparation, and mentoring of junior researchers.

Qualifications

  • A PhD in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or a closely related field
  • Strong hands-on experience in semiconductor device fabrication, electrical characterization, or quantum transport measurements
