Job Description
To conduct research in area of p-type 2D materials growth at BEOL compatible temperatures.
Qualifications
- PhD degree
- Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required.
- Candidates with experience of 2D materials growth. Priority will be given to the candidate with CVD growth experience.
- Applicants must have good publications in the field of 2D materials growth.
