Duties and responsibilities
- Carrying out various research and development projects, including data collection and analysis, and publishing research findings in scientific publications in the field of teacher education.
- Limited amount of teaching in teacher education programmes.
- Supervise students at all levels of higher education.
- Participate in thesis defence committees and activities related to university governance and institutional development.
Required qualifications
PhD or an equivalent qualification.
Required experience
- A successful research and development work in the field of educational sciences.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with qualitative research methods.
- Research work in the specialisation at the international level, the volume of which is comparable to the volume of at least one doctoral thesis.
Required language skills
Excellent command of Estonian and English.
