Job Title: Research Fellow

Department: Bioinformatics

Funding Agency: TANSCHE

Title of the Project: Structural and Functional Characterization of Phosphotransacetylase (PTA) and Acetate Kinase (ACKA) from Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv using insilico & invitro studies.

Qualifications: PG Degree with at least 60% marks (or a CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale) in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Lifesciences.

Desirable qualification: Candidates having experience in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics along with peer-reviewed relevant publications in International journals will be given preference. The selected Research Fellow is encouraged to register for the Ph.D. programme as per University norms.

Job Location: Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu

Duration: Initially for 1 year and can be extended another two years based on the performance of the candidate.

Pay Scale: Rs.10,000/- per month.
