In this role, you will lead analyses of the landmark TRANSform cohort and related trans health studies. You will translate complex data into impactful publications, reports and resources that inform care, policy and community wellbeing.

What you will deliver:

• Lead analysis and interpretation of TRANSform cohort data, producing high-quality peer-reviewed manuscripts, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate research governance activities, including ethics submissions, amendments, reporting obligations and clinical trial registrations where required.
• Manage research operations, including data collection, database management, data cleaning and rigorous quantitative or qualitative analyses.
• Collaborate with investigators, community partners and institutional stakeholders, contributing to meetings, coordination and research translation activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to research assistants, students and volunteers, supporting their development and project contributions.
