This publication is strictly for administrative rectification purposes regarding the call for applications for scholarships within the scope of I&D projects and institutions, opening code BI/IODISEA/2026, whose application period ran from June 19, 2026 to July 6, 2026.

This rectification does not imply any alteration to the object of the competition, nor does it determine the reopening of the application period; all other terms and conditions contained in the original call for applications remain in force and unchanged.

The following correction is made:

Where it reads:

“A call for applications is open for a Research Grant for 1 Doctoral Student, within the scope of the R&D Project: Madeira – Tourism and the Sea; FCT Project 2025.05429.MAD - IODISEA, for a period of 12 months, under the following conditions:”

It should read:

“A call for applications is open for a Research Grant for 1 Doctoral Student, within the scope of the I&D research project IODISEA - “A Sustainable Approach to Marine Aquaculture for Iodine-Enriched Sea Bream and Benefits for Public Health”, with reference 2025.05429.MAD, funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology, I.P./MECI, through national funds (PIDDAC), for a period of 12 months, under the following conditions:”
