The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
Fixed-term, part-time role (30 hours per week) responsible for the effective administration of meetings, record-keeping, and the coordination of finance, ICT, and travel support. Event organisation and coordination, along with website and social media support, are also key components of the role. Reporting to the Faculty Research Development Manager and working closely with the Director and Institute Manager of the New Zealand Policy Research Institute (NZPRI), as well as the Director of the AUT Social Transformation Research Institute (ASTRI). Key relationships include AUT departments such as Events, Finance, People and Culture, and ICT. External relationships include research associates and administrators, as well as government, business, and professional society partners, delegates, and overseas visitors.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Less than 2 years' experience in a similar role/ field
- Bachelor's Degree
