Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced researcher in Hematology/Oncology. Successful applicant will be expected to establish an independent research program, design and develop experiments; including scientific writing, and publishing and presenting results. Successful applicant will have the opportunity for academic advancement within a mentored research program. Opportunity for teaching students, lab personnel and fellows in a laboratory setting.
Required Qualifications*
Applicants should hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry and/or MD, and have postdoctoral research experience in the area of hematology/oncology research, specifically in the subject of total synthesis and medicinal chemistry with expertise in the synthesis of scaffolds and library molecules. Evidence of scholarly ability (i.e., record of publications in peer-reviewed journals, acquisition of external funding, and presentation experience) is expected.
