Job Description Summary
Design and execute experiments to elucidate the molecular structures of novel chemical entities (NCEs) and their radiolabeled counterparts.
- Develop and optimize radiochemical methods for the radiolabeling of NCEs with various radioisotopes, including but not limited to F-18, Ga-68, Tc-99m, I-125, Lu-177, and Ac-225.
- Optimize radiochemical yields through systematic experimentation and method refinement.
- Establish and validate analytical quality control methods using techniques such as HPLC, TLC, and LC-MS for the characterization and assay of radiolabeled compounds and their precursors.
- Conduct hands-on radiolabeling experiments in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including synthetic chemists, pharmacologists, and imaging scientists to support research and development efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, data analysis, and results in laboratory notebooks and databases.

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Philosophy, and 5 to 7 years of postdoctoral experience is required.
