Research Pharmacy Aide

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director, a licensed pharmacist, or senior coordinator, the incumbent will assist with organization and management of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Assist with Investigation Drug Service (IDS)

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with administrative work
• Assist with inventory management (cycle count)
• Assist with paperless record keeping
• Maintain a clear and clean work area
• Transport materials between pharmacy sites, storage areas, and patient care units
• Deliver drug products to study areas, interact with co-workers, study coordinators and hospital staff

Minimum Qualifications

• Current high school student
• Must possess the following attributes: good verbal and written and interpersonal skills, good computer and organizational skills. Must be punctual, responsible and dependable.
