Research Project Assistant

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Project Assistant for the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. The primary purpose of this position is to support a broad portfolio of mixed methods health services research with particular focus on mental health and addiction treatment services and outcomes.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Performs primary data collection (e.g., surveys, interviews).
• Handles data management and analysis.
• Manges research administrative logisitcs for ongoing studies and literature reviews for academic manuscripts and abstracts.

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field, public health, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant research experience.

Equipment Utilized: Microsoft Office Equipment, database software, citation management software.
