Research Scientist in Midwifery Sciences

Your Role
The research scientist will be appointed on a full-time basis and will have a participatory role in building and coordinating Midwifery education and research under the supervision of Pr. Ghanchi. Responsibilities include teaching, research, and administrative duties, with a primary focus on teaching. Involvement in professional clinical activity may be considered.
Teaching:
Assist with development and teaching in Bachelor's programs in health, focusing on the Midwifery Sciences program. Involved in student selection, training plans, teaching, coordination, evaluation, and supervision during clinical placements.
Research:
Develop research projects within the scope of Midwifery Sciences, collaborating with internal, national, and international partners.
Administrative Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks for teaching activities in Midwifery Sciences and future health programs.
Your Profile
A Midwifery degree with at least 5 years of clinical experience in a European Union country, a PhD in a related discipline, postdoctoral experience, proven research grants, experience in Midwifery education, knowledge of pedagogical practices, publications in relevant fields, administrative experience, connections to international midwifery networks, and language proficiency in English and French/German. Personal qualities include an open mindset, teamwork, mentoring, independence, commitment to teaching, organization, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
