Benefits
The position is designed for an ambitious scientist seeking increasing scientific responsibility and the opportunity to play a central role in building, rather than simply joining a translational research program. Working closely with the program’s academic leadership, the successful candidate will contribute substantially to research strategy, project development, grant preparation and the coordination of collaborative studies. The successful candidate will have direct access to deeply phenotyped patient cohorts, longitudinal clinical data, imaging resources and biospecimens, while working within an expanding international collaborative network. The position may be especially attractive to a scientist returning to Greece from abroad or currently working in a strong research environment who wishes to contribute to the development of a long-term translational research initiative.
