using bioinformatics to identify genes, cloning genes into expression vectors and preparing DNA and RNA probes. General laboratory responsibilities will include contributing to the maintenance of a zebrafish lines, quality preparing materials for general molecular biology techniques (making buffers), and assisting senior lab members. Zebrafish experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Molecular biology experience preferred.
