Skills/Qualifications
- to have completed higher education with a master’s degree or equivalent
- to have a PhD degree (in medical sciences or health sciences or biomedical engineering), obtained outside Warsaw University of Technology, the obligatory formal criterion for admission to the competition is obtaining a doctoral degree in the year of employment in the project or in the period of 12 years before January 1 of the year of employment in the project (in the case of persons who have obtained more than one doctoral degree, the reference date is the date of obtaining the first one)
- to have a very good command of English and Polish
- to have a scientific profile related to the specialization of the Department and the project scope
- to have experience in interdisciplinary research between live sciences, signal processing, and applied machine learning
- to have proficiency in physiological signal processing
- to have experience with statistical analysis tools
- to have ability to prepare reports, manuscripts, and presentations for both academic and practitioner audiences
- to be able to work as part of a research team and carry out independently the assigned duties, within a specified time limit and scope
Specific Requirements
Good command of English is obligatory on the level sufficient for analysis of the technical literature and preparation of publications.
Good command of Polish is required on the level sufficient for communication with study investigators and participants.
