Offer Description
Background of the recruitment and description of the project
In April 2022, Kyushu University established the Research and Education Center for Offshore Wind(RECOW), which aims to become a core research and education center for offshore wind in Asia. In 2024, two new departments—the Department of International Industry-Academia-GovernmentCollaboration Promotion and the Department of Social Implementation Promotion—were established within RECOW.
Work content and job description
This call is open to researchers who are willing and able to investigate the trend in technology development and social implementation by domestic and foreign companies in offshore wind development, and to promote research on practical application and international standardization of the technology. The successful candidate is expected to be actively involved in the management of the 'Offshore Wind Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration Consortium' and the 'Offshore Wind Power Human Resource Development Course' of RECOW.

- Wages description: Salary: Salary and benefits shall be determined in accordance with the University's regulations (annual salary system introduced on April 1, 2020; based on academic qualifications and employment history under the relevant University rules) and shall be determined by agreement with the relevant institution under the cross-appointment system.
