Job Description
- Manage operations for a residential complex of 300-425 students
- Supervise and train a staff of 10-13 Resident Assistants and one Head Resident
- Support the residential curriculum by participating in the development and execution of educational plans
- Support student retention through academic and personal support programs and direct outreach
- Participate in after-hour crisis response and assigned on-call duty rotation for campus housing
- Advise hall government and provide training and resources to support student leadership
The anticipated start date is flexible but must fall between 6/1/2026 & 6/29/2026.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field Prior Live-in Residential Life staff member OR Bachelor’s degree or higher Three years of related experience
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $53,000 annually.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
