Residence Hall Resource Manager
Overview
Reporting to the Residence Hall Director (RHD), manage the operations of the Residence Hall Resource Center, serve as a member of the building leadership team in managing the day-to-day business affairs and planning of the assigned residential hall., and serve as an on-site emergency response/crisis intervention agent in the absence of the Residence Hall Director or the Residence Hall Assistant Director.
Qualifications
Required Education: Associate's degree
Preferred Education: Bachelors degree
Required Experience: 2 years of office experience or equivalent combination. Experience providing a high level of customer service.
Preferred Experience: 1 year of office experience with a Bachelors degree
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Moderate to fast, accurate keyboarding. Good proofreading and writing skills.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office or proficiency with Apple. Knowledge of desktop publishing software. Knowledge of Access.
