Your opportunity: Reporting to Manager, Residence life, the Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) supports the delivery of a robust residence life program at Woodsworth College. ... ***This is a term opportunity ending April 30, 2027***

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing plans and process improvements for program and service activities
• Advising students on the interpretation of rules and regulations regarding the use of space and organizing events on campus
• Determining logistical details and activities for events and/or programming
• Advising students on personal and academic issues by probing and providing a range of options and possible consequences
• Determining appropriate disciplinary actions for breaches of community standards and/or housing policies.
• Applying established standards when responding to emergencies.
• Liaising with various stakeholders to foster collaboration
• Providing proactive support to individuals in distress and making referrals to specific university service

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience. Minimum two years full-time experience working in a live-in, on-call residence life context in a post-secondary setting. ... Intermediate skills using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) for student communications and outreach purposes. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Assets (Nonessential): Familiarity with Woodsworth College and University of Toronto is an asset. Proficiency with StarRez a significant asset.
