Accommodation Services are currently recruiting for Residential Assistants (RAs) for 2026.

Do you want to support other students, organise events and make some great mates? Keen to get involved and have something amazing to put on your CV?

As a RA, you will actively support students through every aspect of living on campus, including pastoral care, event and activities planning and academic support.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

• Enrolled as a student at LU for the 2026 year.
• Proactive, empathetic and approachable nature.
• Experience in dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

This is a fixed-term role for the duration of 2026 working 15 hours per week during term time. Remuneration is set at $56,607 per annum pro rata to 0.4 FTE (approx. $28.95/hr).
