At Goods Electric, Heating & Air, you'll run your own fully equipped service truck, maintain residential heating and cooling systems, and be supported by experienced technicians who want to see you succeed.
This isn't just a maintenance job. It's a path to becoming a skilled HVAC Service Technician.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential HVAC maintenance and safety inspections.
- Identify equipment concerns and communicate solutions to homeowners.
- Recognize when additional diagnostics or repairs are needed.
- Deliver friendly, professional service that earns customer trust.
- Build your diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on coaching.
What You'll Enjoy
- $20–$25/hour, paid weekly, plus eligible overtime.

Who We're Looking For
- Some HVAC experience or trade school training preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ready to perform routine maintenance independently with team support.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable with homeowners.
- Valid driver's license.
Our goal is to help you advance into a fully skilled HVAC Service Technician role within approximately 6–12 months, based on your development and readiness.
