LCOH is part of the University of Cincinnati Health network, and also has affiliations with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the Mayo Clinic. It is a charter member of the National Network of Depression Centers. We have a team of top clinicians at the Lindner Center of HOPE, and we are affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Neuroscience, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Essential Functions
LCOH is looking for a highly skilled Psychiatrist to provide care in our residential treatment programs and our professional outpatient practice. Referrers and patients from several countries, states, and the Greater Cincinnati area seek the expertise of our national referral center for our comprehensive assessments. You will have the opportunity to collaborate effectively and closely with neuropsychologists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in a team-based environment that will be challenging and invigorating at the same time.
Psychiatrists receive faculty appointments through the University of Cincinnati Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience, one of the nation’s top academic psychiatry departments. The final rank and title of the faculty appointment will be commensurate with experience and professional accomplishments of the selected applicant. There is the opportunity to teach psychiatry residents and medical students. Minimum Requirements
- Applicants must have a medical degree and completion of psychiatry residency training.
- Must be board certified or eligible psychiatrist with at least three (3) years of post-residency clinical experience. If not board certified, must obtain board certification within one (1) year of employment. Board certification must be maintained.
- Must have a current license to practice medicine and it must be in good standing. If applicant doesn’t have an Ohio license, they must apply for and receive one.
