Friendly retail role delivering great service, processing sales, restocking and keeping MacShop vibrant and welcoming.

Campus Life at Macquarie University is currently seeking Retail Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis.

This role supports MacShop's operations by providing outstanding customer service, processing sales, replenishing stock and maintaining MacShop’s appearance through general housekeeping and visual merchandising.

About you

You have proven customer service skills and a highly professional personal presentation.

You are able to work under pressure, delivering quality experiences to our diverse range of stakeholders.

You have great interpersonal skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment, happy to pitch in and get things done with high attention to detail and consistent accuracy.

Work hours may vary from time to time to accommodate business needs, and can occasionally include weekend and evening work.

You also share our organisational values of Courage, Agility, Rigour, Empowerment and Support (CARES) and commit to these being visible in your actions and words.
