Head of Brand and Communications

It could be your job to tell the world all about what we do. The Head of Brand and Communications builds and enhances the reputation and profile of Rose Bruford College, to support student recruitment and income and to grow awareness of our work across the cultural and educational landscape.

You will have the most incredible material to work with. Our students and alumni perform in the West End, design for television studios and build worlds in gaming companies, and there are many stories still to tell. You will have overall responsibility for the integrity and profile of the Rose Bruford College brand and for how people experience it, online and in person, plus our alumni and industry relationships and the partnerships that bring our work to existing and new audiences. You will lead a talented team, sit on the College Leadership Team and work closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs and senior colleagues.

We think of our brand as a canvas: students, staff and alumni telling their own stories, in their own voices, held together by a clear and confident identity and carried to industry, partners and audiences well beyond our campus. You will bring people together, listen and make that happen.

To join us, you will have led brand and communications in the arts, culture or higher education. You will bring strong strategic skills, a keen eye for creative quality and the ability to represent the College internally and externally.
