Area Details:
Physicians can choose to live in in locations which allow for access to the Bay Area - some travel in from Fremont, Pleasanton, Dublin, Sacramento area, and Tracy, which is a reverse commute. These areas offer an ideal balance of affordability, convenience, and family-friendly amenities. Located within commuting distance of Manteca and East Bay, Tracy in particular provides newer neighborhoods, spacious homes, highly regarded schools, and a wide range of shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities. Its strong sense of community and abundant parks make it an attractive place to raise a family. For physicians seeking a suburban lifestyle without the high cost of living associated with much of the Bay Area, this is a popular and practical choice.

The practice is located in San Joaquin County (approx. 780,000-800,000+). Together with nearby Stanislaus County (approx. 550,000-560,000+) is California's Central Valley with well over 1.3 million residents. The Central Valley offers a unique blend of natural beauty, affordability, and quality of life. Nestled between the Cascade, Sierra Nevada, and Tehachapi Mountains to the east and California's coastal ranges and the San Francisco Bay Area to the west, the region provides easy access to some of the state's most stunning landscapes. Outdoor recreation is abundant, with opportunities for mountain and road biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, camping, fishing, and exploring nearby state and national parks with pristine lakes and rivers. In addition, the region offers endless amenities, including community events, theaters, sporting events, museums, family-owned and gourmet restaurants, wine tasting, shopping centers, and access to excellent schools and universities.
