Rural Services Development Coordinator

As the Rural Services Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in improving sexual health services across rural Victoria. You will have the opportunity to build partnerships and implement innovative healthcare initiatives, fostering collaboration among institutions, agencies, and individuals. This role enables you to contribute to the CERSH vision, ensuring quality sexual health care is accessible to all rural Victorians.
What you will deliver:
- Liaise with the Deputy Director, oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risks, and provide project reports, including regularly updated MBS guides and primary care sustainable models of service provision.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including rural primary care and clinical organisations and government entities.
- Engage with internal and external partners, develop clinical service system initiatives that enhance the rural health service system in sexual and reproductive health, and design communication materials.
- Develop project plans, provide reports, and contribute to strategic planning and implementation.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in primary healthcare management in rural environments, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to developing primary healthcare initiatives and partnerships.
- Have a relevant tertiary qualification or experience in primary healthcare management in rural settings.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering primary healthcare initiatives for clinical professionals.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering partnerships to achieve goals.
- Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Have knowledge of sexual and reproductive health issues in rural Victoria.
Location: Bendigo, Shepparton, or Wangaratta
Role type: Full-time; Fixed-term till 30 June 2027

Salary: UoM 7 - $111,275 - $120,453 p.a. plus 17% super
