The trust started functioning under the dynamic leadership and guidance of (Late) Thiru. D. Sudharssanam, M.A. The maiden step of the trust was in the year 1996-97 through the establishment of S.A. Polytechnic College. In its pursuit to propagate education and enhance literacy among youth the trust started the S.A. Engineering College in 1998-99. Sudharsanam Vidyaashram, a school following the CBSE stream of education was started by the trust in the year 2014. S.A. College of Arts & Science was established in the year 2019. The trust functions with a mission to provide affordable education while nurturing the holistic development of all its students.
