The Turf Advisor is the most important role in the company. The Turf Advisor wears two hats: Sales & Project Oversight. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, our TAs are operating their own business under the Southern Turf Co. Umbrella.
What You'll Do:
Run in-home artificial turf estimates for both residential and commercial projects /
Build trust and guide customers through the decision process /
Deliver clear, accurate proposals on the spot /
Manage sold projects from start to completion /
Follow up and manage your pipeline effectively /
Appointments typically last 60–120 minutes and are scheduled for you (15-20 per month) /
Create self-generated business opportunities
