Keeps track of supplies and conveys any needs to the Scenic Studio Manager. 5. Assists in duties for daily set-up and clean-up of the Scenic Studio, theatres, and classroom spaces. 6. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Experience working with students in an educational setting. • Proficient in the use of various saws, drills, router, and hand tools. Preferred Education & Experience: • 2 years’ experience as a carpenter or fabricator. • Experience in theatre performance or theatre technology. Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training: • None Preferred Licensure, Certification, and/or Specialized Training: • None Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Knowledge of theatrical scenic construction, including but not limited to assembly, cutting, accurate measuring, and theatrical rigging. • Skill in scenic design interpretation and execution, with both professional and student designers.
