Remuneration: $94,099 to $106,134 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $79,514 to $89,685 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Scholarships Support Officer to join Student Administration, People Services, Administrative Division.

The Scholarships Support Officer will support the Scholarships Team with administrative activities and will contribute to university scholarship retention and attraction strategies. This position reports to the Scholarships Coordinator for career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What you need to succeed

1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree, or completion of an associate diploma in conjunction with relevant work related experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality client service in a complex and high- workload environment.
3. Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise work, work with accuracy and manage competing.
4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing .
5. Highly developed written and oral communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Demonstrated ability to use technology, such as student management systems and the MS Office Suite.
